Written Critical thinking test, situational interview with 2 HL lawyers, interview with two HL partners. Situational interview pretty straight forward, asked about scenarios in the work place (e.g. getting set an urgent piece of work when you're already busy) and how you'd respond. Partner interview very friendly, chat about why commercial law, why Hogan Lovells and discussion of some legal problems.
