The interview process was very elegant. The first part of the process occurred online where two tests were held - the first one was on cognitive ability and the second was a personality test; both were simple and effective. A 1-2 week period of no communication followed, aftwe which I was contacted to schedule a techincal interview. The techincal interview was concise and informative with not many techincal questions being asked. A week later I got a call for an offer.

The interview was held with the manager of the Data & AI division and also an independent contractor for talent acquisition. The interviewer made a brief introduction about the company the Data & AI team, and the start program they have for new employees, and asked me a few questions about myself, my background and my motivation for aplying for the position.
