Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela A10 Networks (Taipé) em jul. de 2019
Entrevista
1. Phone screen with a manager in China. (No technical questions, only check your transcripts)
2. Onsite in Taipei, but interviews are ALL FROM OTHER TEAMS. I didn't even know who would be my direct manager and who this person would be. Totally RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! The last one is the manager of the US HQ. He is a nice guy.
3. HR said she would arrange the next interview with a manager in India AND THEN STOOD YOU UP.
I had waited for 2 weeks because of her fake promise.
After two weeks, they sent me a TEMPLATE thank you letter without telling me why they kept you waiting that long and ended up a rejection.
Shame on this hypocritical HR W. Tung.

Straight forward interview and spanned 4 rounds. Everyone was friendly and polite. I interviewed remotely using Zoom. Four interviews each 30 to 60 minutes. I have a feeling that turnover here is high.

There were 5 rounds of interviews. In the 1st they asked me about my interest for the role. In the 2nd they asked some coding question. The 3rd, 4th, 5th rounds were back to back (2h 15m in total) where they went deep into my experience and background.
All the coding questions I got were fairly straightforward and I answered them with ease. I also got a few networks related questions.
I had a terrible experience in the 4th round. The interviewer totally ripped me apart. He directly called out my lack of experience in the networks area (for an internship position!) and often interrupted me a lot.
I felt that him pointing out my lack of experience in networks would be fine, except that they waited 3 rounds before doing that! In fact, some other interviewer in the first round had noted my lack of experience and said that it would not be a problem and simply asked for my willingness to learn and interest.
There clearly seemed to be a mismatch in expectations and I am not sure why I had to be in the middle of this confusion.
