The interview was a direct, one-step procedure with the Head of Tech Dev after the initial resume & cover letter screening. It was primarily personal & behavioral with a focus on past work & project experience.

The questions mainly tested the candidate's grasp of knowledge for basic concepts in: biology, chemistry, biochemistry, statistical thinking, and machine learning.
