Recieved a phone call from someone asking if I was still interested in the position. I said yes. She then said the job is $19/hr and it's temp to hire. I said okay. She then said can you start immediately? I responded no I'm relocating so I'll need about 2 weeks to move states. SO SHE SAID OH WELL IF YOU CANT START ASAP TRY APPLYING ONCE YOU MOVE. I said I explained that in my initial application process and I was under the impression I would at least be offered an interview. I asked DO you guys not follow a standard interview process? She said we do but it's just like this over the phone. So I said okay am I not being offered an interview since I haven't relocated yet cuz if its just over the phone I can do that anywhere. She said again no just reapply once you move. Most bizarre phone call I ever had and she wouldn't even give me a phone number to the company that is going through them. Whatever. $19/hr. Isn't worth the trouble anyway.

The interview process was easy and straight forward. Asked me a series of questions and keep me involved within the process. Even if I didn't get the job, I still would have appreciated how they were going above and beyond to satisfy me.
