Very friendly and knowledgable about the industry. Asked tough and fair questions about my work history and previous design work, with a great portfolio review process. Were very open about company culture and benefits.

Initial Recruiter Call - Interview with the Hiring Manager I would disregard 'ventures' from its name (at least for the M&A team within A3ventures), most of what they do is acquire established traditional businesses rather than next generation technology. Their scope in investments/acquisition is mostly limited to serve AAA NCNU (North CA, Nevada, Utah) club members. A3ventures does not sound like the place to be in if you're thinking about making a lateral move into tech investing/acquisitions.
