I applied online via naukri.com for this profile. I got a call from company's HR department and they took the telephonic round at the same time. Next stage was to give another telephonic interview with another person of same department (same position) Next after 2 days they called for face to face round at their office, for which they mentioned this would be the last round of seection process, but to my surprise, after the selection of this round also they wanted to take another round with DHR who was not present in the office, so I drove to her office at very far distance and then she denied to take a fresher for this profile, where I clearly mentioned that I am complete fresher for this profile at the time of very first telephonic round. It was a complete waste of time and energy where people do not know they want someone with the experience or fresher can also b opted for the same. Also they do not have any communication among themselves because HR Executive was very keen and humble to take fresher and train them and DHR was completely not interested for the same.

I was contacted by a recruiter of the company. We had a phone interview in which he explained that the position would be for an HR Generalist role at first but after two years I would be allowed to specialize in an area. He scheduled me for an onsite and when I got to the onsite I was being interviewed for an IT Support position. After 10 minutes the interviewer asked me if I would take the position. I said no and left. A waste of my time.
