Two phone interviews. The second interview has conducted by a person without Computer Science background or NLP/IR (Ph.D. in Physics). We had several comunications problems, because the interviewer reach me using my google voice number and called using skype. We could use just skype directly or they could call my international phone number. In the end, I was recommended to buy a new headset with microphone, which was clearly not the problem!
