Thorough, long interview all the way up to owners for the first (and only) interview. Very poor communication. Misunderstandings left and right. Would say one thing then contradict the next (about commissions, sales expectations and what to expect). Kept talking about goals for the future and not what it looks like for me now. Gave verbal then nothing after follow up questions after asking for more details. Would not want to work for these 2. Very sketchy and would be constant stress just trying to communicate about anything and be in the same page.
