Applied and received an invite for an interview a week out. Cleared my schedule and made to sure to be ready and researched so it would go well. The day came and I received an automated / no reply email saying I was declined (no, I have no shady past). I thought this must be a system glitch as the MS Teams invite was still active so I joined a few minutes early and waited an hour. I even sent an email politely letting them know I was waiting in case there's a technical issue happening on their side. They simply never showed. Very professional and inconsiderate.

3 rounds. Call with recruiter, ask some questions about background and then an algorithm exercise. Next round is 2 more algorithms and a systems design interview. Not sure on 3rd round.
