Entrevista
Interviewing with AANA was definitely one of the best experiences I have had in my career. The initial response for an interview was directly from a member of HR, not bot from a recruitment website. Throughout the process, there was ample communication and had clear details of next steps. I had the chance to interview with not only the hiring manager, but the rest of the HR team as well so I had a chance to ask them questions and get to know my potential co-workers.

Entrevista
Interviewers were more interested in the operations at my current job and hardly asked me any questions about myself or my capabilities. It was more of a compare and contrast session. Despite it being a "remote" role, they require the department to go to the office every month for socializing and just to use a whiteboard while brainstorming. My interviewer said they FLY across the country every month to socialize with the team. It's a shame that non-profit, healthcare worker membership dues goes to pay for unnecessary travel expenses, especially during a global climate emergency.

Entrevista
My entire interview process was via video in April 2020. There were 4 rounds for me - 1st with recruiter, 2nd with hiring manager, 3rd with 2 other marketing managers, and last with Chief Growth Officer and HR Director. Interviews felt more like conversations, and it was great to know that I was able to feel out this role & organization being a good fit for me as much as they were looking for if I was a good fit for their team & organization. Time between first interview and offer was about 3-4 weeks.
