My experience on every letter starting with the ease of submitting my expression of interest electronically to participating in a series of scheduled interviews was exceptional on every level interviews.

From start to finish, my interview experience at AARP was very professional, and despite the length of time it took from beginning to end, I was well-informed at all times along the way. Everyone I met through the interview process was fantastic, warm, approachable, and generally put me at ease. The steps included: -HR phone screen with a short narrative survey submitted prior to the call that focused on behavioral questions -Video meeting with hiring manager -Written assessment/writing assignment -Panel interview I am so honored to be joining the team I'll be working on and cannot wait to be a part of AARP! The only insight/advice I would give to those interested is to have patience and keep visiting AARP's career page--the right role is out there.
