20’ discussion with questions about my studies previous working experience tasks. After that they asked about my ambitions and future plans. Then my strengths and my weaknesses. Finally my current salary and notice period

They called me for an interview, but there is not any open position to be covered right now, they just want back up employees options. This is food for them, but not good for the desperate person needing a job as fast as possible.
