I went through multiple rounds of interviews with ABBYY, including a final round, and every conversation left me with the impression that I was a strong candidate and very much in consideration for the role. The team consistently framed the process in a highly positive way, which made the outcome especially frustrating. After completing the final round, I was completely ghosted. I followed up with multiple people involved in the process and never received any response or closure. No update, no rejection, no professionalism. Regardless of whether a candidate is selected, basic communication and follow-through should be the bare minimum especially after asking someone to invest significant time in multiple interview rounds. Based on my experience, I would not recommend spending your time interviewing here unless they seriously improve how they handle the candidate experience.

Pretty much straightforward, 4 steps, first with HR by phone, then an online meeting on Teams with a few questions on my interests and then the last two interviews were technical.
