The interview process was straightforward. Spoke with about 5 people and then were all very easygoing and kind. I spoke with each interviewer one on one and had a pleasant time talking to each of them.
The interview process was structured and efficient. Communication was timely, with clear expectations at each stage. Panel was friendly and asked relevant questions. Overall, a respectful and engaging experience, that is all.
Flew me to Houston, met with the president, VP of Sales, CFO, and head of HR. Told me I lacked experience, which I thought was bizarre given that I flew to the interview.
