I applied online and the senior internal recruiter called me 2 days later. Highly unprofessional and disorganized process and a complete waste of my time. After then going in to interview with two senior employees, who were actually decent, I reached back out to the recruiter for feedback and a decision on whether or not I would be chosen for the position and NEVER HEARD BACK. Absolute waste of my time. I can't believe recruiters out there actual exist and ABC is missing out on great candidates. Not only will I never apply again or have anything to do with this disorganized organization. Still to this day (2 months later, never heard anything)
BEWARE. Internal HR is HORRIBLE.
The overall interview process was smooth and well-organized. I sincerely appreciate all the interviewers for their time, effort, and professionalism throughout each round. It was a positive and insightful experience, leaving a good impression of the organization and team dynamics.
