Was interviewed by HR and the department manager for a quality control position. Both individuals were professional and knowledgeable about the position. They wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the job, both for my benefit and the company's. They asked how my work history prepared me for the role and seemed genuinely interested in special projects I'd completed. They didn't ask silly questions that many interviewers do, but rather focused on my performance. Although I didn't get the job I interviewed for, they called me within a week to offer me a different position, which I accepted.
