They had contacted me over email with a number of different dates/times to interview. Once I chose a convenient date and time, they changed there minds 3-4 times. The background check was unreal. They asked me for information and documents at least a dozen times. The HR Contact I had lost my information ad documents 3-4 times and blamed it on me. This company has no structure and is very disorganized.

The 2 people I met with had a long list of behavioral questions and they seemed to not understand most questions or why they were asking them.

long....takes for ever to get hired and they check you out closely , you will not lie and get away with it, and dont tell em your a college grad if you can produce proof---after your hired you WILL be required to prove your education for your fire!

Don`t waste your time and burn your references. This company works in reverse. HR will source you out and ask you to apply even if you don`t have the Freight experience. You will go through 2 face to face interviews, online assessment, have to provide drivers abstract, references and lots and lots of documents like T4s for back ground verification. They will call your 4 references, take all your docs and do all the checks and after 2 months, tell you that you have not been selected.

It began with a phone screening and that led to several face to face interviews with multiple managers at multiple locations. The dress was business attire. The managers were all very genuine and had specific interview question ready. I would recomend being prepared to go into detail about your strengths and weaknesses
