I submitted my resume and received an offer for an interview within 48 hrs. the interview was professional with a relaxed feel to it. I appreciated the fact that there were key people that I would potentially be working under interviewing me and not just a hiring manager. they were very open and had input for me right away and after the interview I had communication from them within 2-3 business days. over all a great experience during the interview process.

what is your relationship with rejection and how do you handle it.
Overall experience was good. Cannot complain about anything really. Started with a phone interview that was about 15-30 min. Then an interview with the hiring manager for 30-45 min. Communication was very quick.
Pretty standard interview. I met with the directors, really nice and genuine people. They did not have many questions for me during the interview, but they were straight forward. All and all solid experience.
