2 sessions of 45 minutes with different team members. First round was motivation and personal fit, second interview was technical questions. After that it took them approx a week to contact me an give me feedback on the interview.

Assessment and then 2 interviews with each 2 associates/associate directors. The interviews are both focused on motivation and technicals. Technicals are mostly about m&a processes, valuation methods (dcf, lbo, CCA, CTA) and some accounting.
