No idea what these people are doing. Had 3 rounds of interviews with people, along with a bunch of email back and forth, about their Helene recovery work. Showed plenty of competencies, ready to go and start and help immediately, offered them the flexibility, had great conversations and answered all their questions - then radio silence until a generic rejection email came in. No point in working with these people. If they wanted to help people in need, they'd take advantage of the resources people like me present to them right away.
