Two employees, phone interview, question/answer. The questions weren't too difficult, just asking about my background and past jobs. They also briefed me on the living conditions in Afghanistan, I was already familiar with the Spartan facilities. My background lined up very closely with the mission they were performing, I had worked in similiar capacities in similiar locations. I did ask if they had any single points of failure, they said, no, there were redundant backfills for each position, this wasn't entirely accurate. Overall, it was a good experience.
