First, a 2 hour test and then a panel with three people. Interview lasted one hour and there were competency based questions (how to communicate complex issues to people with different backgrounds), how to deal with stress and then questions related to conflict and data analysis.

First a written 3 hours test and then if passed a Zoom interview with 3 panelists asking a total of six questions mainly related to conflict and understanding pressure experiences
