I had 2 interviews. The first one was wonderful. The second one felt like I was cattle in a chute. The Head of School was not friendly and was looking for a specific answer to vague questions. It's been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard back. She told me several times that I would hear from her one way or the other before the end of that week or the next.
The interview was a phone Interview followed by a zoom interview with a recruiter. The interview lasted 20 minutes. A pleasant experience with standard questions and opportunity to ask questions.

The recruiter called and did a phone screen. It was pretty basic questions. He seemed nice enough, but follow up was terrible. I waited a while to hear back and accepted a other position.
