I wasn't local to Victoria so we interviewed over Skype. I interviewed with a senior developer and one of the project heads. There were a few HR questions and then they asked me to code a few skills problems. As an afterthought one of them asked a logic riddle. I asked a few questions about the work atmosphere and activities.

I applied through my university Co-op program and my interview was scheduled on campus. There were in total 3 people with 1 in person and 2 on skype. The interview lasted for about 50 minutes and I was asked some technical questions and some logical questions.
