Not difficult pretty easy as I got hired same day. Initially started as. An associate but 4 months later promoted to store manager. The jobs is pretty much the same just added stress for a dollar or two an hour more than your previous pay as an associate

Interviewed took drug test and background test passed both got a really good offer I accepted the job. Waited two weeks to complete process. Training takes about fifteen days .before you can work by yourself. Overall very comfortable Interview with the regional district manager.
