After arriving at the office, I was left waiting for 20 minutes past the arranged time. Eventually was met by a proposal engineer who interviewed me as well as the CCO who I believe is the CEO's wife. The interview was very unprofessional and wasn't an interview in the end but a chat about my CV with the potential to be asked back for the actual interview (this could have been done over the phone and saved me a lot of travelling). It was clear that neither of them had read my CV before the interview as their questions were based off the sentence that they were reading at the time. they were also vague and off topic and the majority of them could have been answered if they had continued reading. I was then told I would hear in a couple days if they wanted me back for the actual interview. Ended up being ghosted by the company 3 weeks later. Overall wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company and on top of the poor reviews here I just wouldn't bother.
