I applied online, received a call from a recruiter the next day to schedule an in person interview. I went to the interview-it was suppose to be a group interview with 3 managers-2 of them were busy so just 1 manager interviewed me. The interview questions weren't too hard, she told me I was going to hear back the next week. I emailed the recruiter to ask if a hiring decision was made, he never responded. 2 days later I received a call from one of the new managers. She asked me a few questions, told me she would let me know later in the day or the next day, and I never heard back. Unprofessional. At least send a rejection email and the recruiter who never responds to emails, he doesn't know how to do his job. What a waste of time.

The review process toke about 3 weeks with drug screen and back ground check past employer check. There is a two day online class to learn about company culture very positive.
