I was hired almost immediately only after one standard phone call, which seemed odd to me. Everything sounded promising but then it just went downhill from there. I thought it was questionable that they should have it in them to tell me I'd be making $17/hr, saying I'd work a substantial amount of hours, and then when I was actually there they casually mentioned that it won't be the case, I wasn't going to be working close to the amount I thought I would. ACES, you need to be more accountable to your potential hires. No one should have their time wasted like that. They focus on hiring tons of people, none of which benefit from any company benefits since they conveniently work part-time.

Entrevista
Very easy, generic questions via Zoom. Remote interview and typical questions about why you are applying, weaknesses / strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, do you have any experiences working with children or autistic individuals, etc. etc. And then they will give you a tour of the company as well as some in person training with an instructor.
Interview was a breeze basically if u h e experience with special needs children and an I treat you get hired in the spot , questions were standard and got an offer same day

Entrevista
The interview went really well. Better than I expected for my first interview. Felt very comfortable talking to them. It was done over zoom and was only me that was being interviewed which made it also feel a little bit easier.
