Pretty straight forward. Tour the campus. Will be asked to submit a resume and past experience working with the special needs population. Asked about what qualifications make you a good candidate.

Quick logistical questions followed by a tour. First was a phone interview then a 1:1 to tour the facility. I shadowed a couple of classes and met a couple of students. It was a good idea to get people acquainted with the environment.
