Recruiter, Kia, was very sweet. Gave me a lot of good information. Clear communicator. Then I interviewed with the VP of sales (It apears she is not there any more). She was very honest, but not in a rude way. Just gave me a feel for what working life there was like. Set expectation. The last round was supposed to be with a COO or Senior VP (it escapes me now) but they let me know he was at least 2 weeks away from being able to meet with me. I was already mid-interview w/another company so when I got an offer from them I had to tell ACI not to bother w/the last round of interviews.

Asked about my sales process, and how I handled prospecting.

Entrevista
1st round: Interview with a recruiter. The person I spoke with was lovely, and it was a really positive conversation. I was adequately able to explain my interest in the position and communicate how my experience made me a fit for the role. I had a few questions that the recruiter couldn't answer, and she actually followed up with me by email with the answers (so rare is in today's job market!). I left with a good impression of the company.
2nd round: Interview with direct manager. This interviewer was distracted-there were constant audible notifications throughout the interview. The interviewer did not seem interested in me at all. It almost felt as though they already had someone else in mind, and the conversation with me just a formality. We got to the "do you have any questions for me" pretty early, and it almost felt like I asked more questions than the interviewer. From the questions that I asked, it seemed like this person had a lot on their plate and while I empathize with that, I wish the second interview had gone like the first.
The day after my second interview, I received a request for feedback about the interview process. I received a rejection email the day after that.

Entrevista
A brief phone call with a recruiter, and another with an Executive in PE Sales who oversaw the buyout process. each were 30 minutes or so with minimal engagement about experience for the latter, since responsibilities are not known at this time.
It was obvious the latter person was not interested after having rescheduled multiple times and was deliberately wasting my time.
