I completed at least six interviews and a writing test for two positions within a 4-month period for ACORE. After all that, they couldn't be bothered to even tell me if I had gotten the job or not. I would never apply to a position or waste my time going through the process again.
I met with HR and then followed up with a Hiring Manager a week later. However, I knew I had no chance when the Hiring Manager appeared and proceeded to interview with the Zoom camera off. It felt like I was interviewed solely to meet a quota, with no serious consideration.

There is a writing requirement, you're put in a room and given sample questions or an inquiry from a member and you have to write an email response.
