The process took over a month. After being told I was the lead candidate and that it was looking very promising, they did not reply to me for over a week after my final interview. They then decided to "go with another candidate" and after reaching out to multiple people, they said I did not have the required sales expreience - something they could have seen by just looking at my resume and saving me 5 weeks of my time.
