The interview was a standard consisting of an approximately 45 minute PowerPoint presentation and then some conversational interviews. They wanted very narrow scope of work, and some of my interests and background were too broad for their role. They put me through to the final, and did a poor job of communicating during the interview process. The team was polite, intelligent, curious. I did have to stay on top of the hiring director for feedback.

"Many red flags. Everyone interviewng me was from Xi-na including the HR. Hiring Manager was fine with my salary requirements but they offered me 20% less salary and lower title. Interview was easy because none of them had any experiences in that particular area. They asked me no questions, I did the due dilligence on CEO, VP of chemistry and found out many problematic facts and questionable bahaviors. Rejected their offer.
