First in person interview definitely recommend a suit or dress as nice as possible. 2nd interview 20 min role play with 5 executives. 3rd interview with the VP again pretty relaxed suppose to be in person but changed to webex a couple hours before. Asked for the Job a few times the 3rd time they officially offered me the position.
