Entrevista
Phone interview with 2 people, and in person interview with 3 people. They are looking for you to answer with the STAR method it took about 30 minutes each. If hired, you must go through a thorough background check which includes, criminal background, employer verification for the last 5-8 years, and credit check.

Describe a time you made a mistake. What are your strengths? What is your short term goals? What processing system have you worked? Describe a time you disagreed with a supervisor.
HR call , followed by hiring manager, they dint get back for very long and said the position has been withheld ,cuz most remote jobs had been upgraded to hybrid or onsite.

Apply on website, HR Screening on a phone call and then 2nd & 3rd rounds with team. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Process is a month long
GD + PI + Manager's round. In GD they asked us about a common topic, PI is also easy. PI went on for a while and was mostly about the subjects that I had picked up in MBA.
