Depends on the position but the interview had multiple rounds. First by recruiter, then an online meeting with leaders, following in person meet. 1st interview was an introductory to me and my background, while the recruiter took notes of any possible experiences. 2nd interview was meeting the leaders of the team online: the director and the team lead of the RPA. 3rd interview was in person meet with rest of team, most likely at 3rd that you got the position and just wanted to introduce the rest of the team.
