It took about a month from start to finish. You will speak with a recruiter and then Very basic interview with sales manager. You may or may not met with the Branch manager. It really just depends on the office. ADT, is always looking to hire because of their high turnover rate.

The interview process was simple to me. They asked about prior job history, why did I apply and things in that nature. I had one interview with the recruiter who was nice and not to overbearing

Quick and open. They definitely want sales reps with personality. Full of humor and slogans. Went over scheduling, how the pay system is set up, and the training process. Asked when did I want to start.
