Initial interview via phone call. Nelson was very professional and explained the role very well. It lasted approximately fifteen minutes and we scheduled a follow up interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was simple to me. They asked about prior job history, why did I apply and things in that nature. I had one interview with the recruiter who was nice and not to overbearing

Quick and open. They definitely want sales reps with personality. Full of humor and slogans. Went over scheduling, how the pay system is set up, and the training process. Asked when did I want to start.
