The area sales manager (whom is typically over district managers of 2-3 states) interviewed me over the phone. The position that I applied for was approximately 1000 miles away so our company didn't fly me in. They ways want to know why you are interested in the position and also in relocating to the appllied city of the position. What are some of your greatest achievements etc. At the end of the interview, he stated that another manager would be contacting me in 15 min. He called and it was a similar format. The main Area sales manager then called back a few days later and stated that another manager would be calling me at aspecified time. This person did and everything went well. After a few days if no feedback even though promised that I would have, I never got any calls back. I sent a thank you e-mail and a couple of follow up inquiries but never heard back from anyone.
