The interview was one on one with the branch manager. She was very clear about the expectations, answered all my questions, and was complimentary. She reviewed my resume and discussed my experience.asked about my goals and expectations.

The interview process was simple to me. They asked about prior job history, why did I apply and things in that nature. I had one interview with the recruiter who was nice and not to overbearing

Quick and open. They definitely want sales reps with personality. Full of humor and slogans. Went over scheduling, how the pay system is set up, and the training process. Asked when did I want to start.
