I applied online and got a call 3 months after. I met with an area sales manager. He looked at my resume asked me about my experience in sales. Briefly asked about my background and explained about ADT and what they were looking for. IN my case they were looking to hire a small business sales rep. He explained about the potential in the Orlando market. He then explained there is a 4 month base pay and commission structure.

A phone interview with a recruiter to go over basic information. After that you have an in person interview with the local manager. Process took a few weeks and was quick.

The whole process took about an hour. Discussed the sales process and what makes you tick as a salesperson. I took it as a normal conversation on strengths and weaknesses. Overall very easy to talk towards and through the process.
