Meeting with HR recruiter, then team manager, then typing test. Once approved, a start date was assigned and schedules were selected. They send you to an offsite facility for drug testing and finger printing/background check.

Initial Interview with Talent Acquisition, if that goes well you meet with a member of leadership, and final selection process with the hiring manager. Once you have met with the hiring manager you will know if you are receiving an offer.

I applied in March had a phone interview rather quickly, it was very in depth. I would say about 45 min. She asked you the usual why you would want to work with ADT, Why they should hire you? etc.
