Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ADVFN (Tallahassee, FL) em ago. de 2018
Entrevista
I applied online through a recruiter. Three interviews. First one was with the recruiter. He made the job sound pretty attractive: decent salary for the area, travel opportunities, nice commission. Second was phone interview with someone in London. The connection was a bit choppy, but overall very general interview. Last interview was the most uncomfortable interview I've ever gone on. It was with a manager for the area who had no sales experience or expertise. He was purely technical, and as such he asked very technical questions on a broad subject with no right answer. Also he gave off a very strange vibe and had no information about basic questions I asked him. All in all it was a very uninformative interview and totally turned me off to the position. Also they have a one month probationary period after one week of training over the phone where you have to meet some mystery goal or you get fired. Keep in mind this little detail was even hidden from the recruiter. He didn't know until I told him.

They want to know more about your past experience and your interest in the financial sector, or whatever your internship is about (ex. programing). If it all goes well and they see you're motivated they will accept your internship.
