I interviewed at AEC Group and did three rounds of interviews. Not in one of the interviews did they say it was an hourly position until I got the offer. That should've been disclosed earlier on and I felt like my time was wasted. The person that would have been my boss was ok, but, the man that interviewed me talked down to me and pretty much called me a job hopper and was super rude and it was clear he did not like me or care about what I brought to the table and the pay was super low, non negotiable and unlivable.
