Completed initial interview screening call/video and received an email asking me to provide some supplemental answers to logistical questions (when can you start, salary expectations, etc.). After not hearing back for several days, I sent a follow up email and received a response stating that the initial interview scheduling window had expired. Apparently, I missed the email they sent with the self-scheduling link because of how Gmail groups conversations. Unfortunate but these things happen. Why it was such a negative experience is that when their HR rep emailed me to tell me I missed the interview window, they concluded the email with "let me know if you have any questions," which is what prompted me to ask about rescheduling. I had questions, I followed up and I received NO response, at all. I sent two additional follow ups over the following few days. No response. Completely unprofessional.
