The process was pretty standard. An online typing / data entry test followed by a half-hour on-site interview. The actual questions in the interview were the usual: tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you did X, how did you handle Y, strengths / weaknesses. The questions were just worded in a more interesting manner. My interviewer looked engaged and happy to be where he was, which is always a good sign.
There was a bit of a hiccup about my availability to start. I was committed to another job for the next few weeks so I couldn't start for another month. The interviewer told me upfront that this would be a problem which I appreciated. We later got it sorted out to both our satisfaction.
