Just answered different questions. Basically based around how I felt about different situations and about my views on different types of work. That was done through recorded video and I was called back within two hours. They set a zoom interview for the next day.

Entrevista
The interview process here wasn't very long. I got through the whole thing in about three days. The first day I had a sit-down with the hiring manager. The second day I met with one of the account executives. The third day I had a final interview with the president of the company. Very quick and painless.

Entrevista
During the first interview, AGI was able to get to know me a bit and I was able to get a brief description of the position and the future of the company. It is a tough B2B (business to business) Account Executive position that requires determination and great work ethic. After the first interview I got a call back for a second interview where I was able to meet one of the top Account Executives and the owner of the company, Ed. Ed explained that he is wanting to expand their client's business brand and needed hard working individuals. I was eager to start but hesitant about a few things this company had to offer. Compensation is my biggest concern. When working with business sales, commission can be risky. AGI has a couple different options to ensure each individual is financially stable and focusing on the positives. When I first started, it took some time to feel comfortable with the commission but the HR staff was able to compensate me. The commission had me weary at first, however, the tremendous support and upbeat environment has helped me succeed and reach my highest potential.
