Test Psychological, HR Interview, User Interview, Offering Stage.
The recruitment process takes about a month until 2 months, in HR Interview HR will ask anything regarding what you write at your CV/Resume, and for the User Interview it depends on who will interview and most of the question related with your education background

Entrevista
In Indonesia, it is common for interviews to involve a lengthy process, typically starting with HR and followed by two rounds with the user. However, a narrowing process does not necessarily indicate progress, as it may simply result in repetitive interviews. It is far more efficient if all relevant stakeholders are present in the same session to avoid redundancy and accelerate decision-making.
