Started with a phone interview which led to an informal lunch with 2 partners. During this time I was able to ask all my questions to make sure this was the best fit for me before moving forward with the interview process. After working here for some time I take special note of the integrity of our initial meeting. Everything they told me about the firm was true and free of embellishment. The formal interview was quite standard with discussions about what I was looking for in my career. They also provided a question and answer session with two current staff level employees.
